We stayed one night with my family at this hotel in August this year and very satisfied with the level of hospitality and cleanliness. The views were also amazing from our room. Moreover, they were very kind to let my 16 year old boy stay with no extra charge as I made a mistake when I booked the room initially! Only thing was the breakfast room which has an amazing view on the top floor didn’t have enough air con as it was quite hot for us in the middle of summer.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, Zimmer sehr sauber und zum Wasser nur 5 Minuten. Die Zimmer haben sogar einen Balkon, allerdings Richtung Straße. Und die ist ziemlich laut.

Maison Vourla’da gerçekleştirdiğimiz 3 gecelik konaklamadan genel olarak memnun kaldık. Otelin genel durumu oldukça iyi, temizliği ise gerçekten takdire şayandı; odalar tertemiz ve hijyen konusuna özen gösterilmişti. Konfor açısından da beklentimizi büyük ölçüde karşıladı, rahat bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ancak hizmet kalitesi konusunda aynı memnuniyeti yaşadığımızı söyleyemem. Özellikle check-in sırasında işlemlerimizi gerçekleştiren beyefendinin tavırları konukseverlikten uzaktı ve bu durum, konaklamanın başlangıcında olumsuz bir izlenim bırakmasına neden oldu. Bu nedenle hizmete 3 puan verdim. Ayrıca kahvaltı, lezzetli olmakla birlikte yeterince çeşitli değildi; özellikle uzun süreli konaklamalarda daha zengin bir menü beklenebilir. Genel olarak Maison Vourla, konumu ve fiziksel olanaklarıyla tavsiye edilebilecek bir otel. Küçük bazı iyileştirmelerle çok daha iyi bir deneyim sunabilir.

Karşılamasından otelden çıkana kadar çok düzgün insanlar ile muhattapsınız. Çevreyi bilmiyorsanız sormanız yeterli, yardımseverler. Ayrıca çok temiz bir otel. Otelin önu cadde olmasi sebebiyle gürültü olabiliyor ama balkonun önu de açık ve ferah bu sebeple.En yakin ev 50 m uzakta haliyle.Odalar temiz ve kötu koku yoktu.Çalışanları güleryüzlü insanlar.Binanin altinda migros var ve otelin otopark sorunu yok.İskeleye 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde odasindan denizi seyredeceginiz,kahvaltiyi terasta yine ayni manzara esliğinde yapacağınız bir otel.Kahvalti orta seviye ama ihtiyacınız olanları sunuyor.1 gece konakladım cift olarak gayet memnun kaldik.

Eigene Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden. Frühstück ist sehr üppig, viele Speisen auf den Bildern zu sehen sind , sind “extra” zu bezahlen. Getränke für Kids wie : Saft, etc. ist nicht im Frühstück enthalten-“extra”… für 125€ die Nacht sollte das Frühstücks-Buffet etwas besser sein. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt . Nur das Bad , hat hin und wieder etwas muffig gerochen. Unter dem Hotel ist ein Supermarkt, das war Top für Strandausflüge um Vorrat zu besorgen. Nochmal müsste ich für diesen Preis nicht ins Hotel kommen.

Hayal kırıklığı

Oteli, otel bilgilerine, fotoğraflara ve yorumlara bakarak tercih etmiştik. Beklentimizin çok altında kaldı. Altı gün kalmayı planlarken bir geceden sonra rezervasyonumuzu iptal ederek otel değiştirdik. İki kişilik tek yataklı oda tercih etmiştik, ancak oda havasızdı ve kokuyordu. Odanın pencereleri otel içine açıldığı için havalandırmak mümkün değil, havalandırmak istediğinizde mutfak kokusu ve gürültü içeri doluyor. Resepsiyondaki bey memnuniyetsizliğimizi belirttiğimizde odamızı değiştirmeyi önerdi, bunun için teşekkür ederim ancak otelden genel olarak memnun kalmadık. Odalarda banyoyu ayıran cam vitray mahremiyet sağlamıyor. Başkaca bir separatör vs de yok. Kahvaltısı ve kahvaltı verilen teras oldukça kötüydü. Kahvaltı salonunda havasızlık, sıkışıklık pek çok sorun var. Lokasyon olarak iskeleye yürüme mesafesi tek artısı bu. Rezervasyon iptali konusunda hemen destek oldukları için memnunuz.
