Overall a good value

Classic old school hotel. Perfect that it is right on the beach & harbor. Rooms are a little dated & walls are thin. But service was great, and their attention to Covid-19 details exceeded our expectations.

İt was my third time this hotel. Very friendly team, helpful and smiling employees, an experienced staff that has been working for a long time. The hotel's furniture and many facilities are very old but they are ok. Although I can't say that the common areas are spotless, the cleanliness of the rooms and furniture is ok. The breakfast was very successful and there were fresh organic products. I generally recommend this hotel

Nice place

The hotel has great facilities and very friendly staff but it has management problems. It is over priced for what it offers at certain times and its in-house prices for alcohol are outrageous. It's a beautiful place and the food is good but it needs a shake up in management. Also, staff need to be trained.

The hotel rooms need a facelift. My room aircon system wasnt working during my stay, am very disappointed. The hallway was cooler then my room. I had to have the windows open for the cool breeze at night. I was paying for 4 stars. Better off staying in a modern new accomidation nearby. The food was great and the plaj.

Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Oda temizliği daha iyi olabilir. Tesis çok yıllık olması nedeniyle bazı teknik sorunlarla karşılaşılabiliyor. Odamızın banyo lavabosu su akıtıyordu hızlıca oda değişimi sağlandı. Plaj güzel yeterli şezlong ve çalışan var. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Tekrar tercih ederim.

Oda kahvaltı konaklama yaptık, kahvaltı güzel çalışanlar gayet yardımcı ve kibar dı. Otele ait plajın denizi güzel ancak aşırı rüzgarlıydı bize mi denk geldi hep mi böyle bilemiyorum. Fiyat performans anlamında da gayet iyiydi herkese tavsiye edetim.

HAYAL KIRIKLIĞI

Bir İzmirli olarak daha önce defalarca kaldığımız Çeşmenin simgesi haline gelmiş Altınyunus için bu yorumu yapmak beni çok üzüyor. Ancak odalar eski ve kalitesiz. De luxe odada kaldık ama çok rahatsızdı. 2. gece yemek sonrası evimize döndük. Plajda 20 dakika havlu bekledik. SPA havuzlarında bone zorunluluğu var ama müşterilerin yarısı bonesiz. 16 yaş üzerinin girmesi gereken termal havuzlarda çocuk dolu… Bu fiyatlarla Belekte ultra her şey dahil tesislerde villada kalınıyor.

Muhtemelen bayram haftası yoğunluğu olduğu için önceden odaya bebek yatağı istememize rağmen check-inden sonra tekrar rica etmemiz üzerine bir saat sonra geldi. Benzer şekilde ütü rica ettik iki arama sonrası- iki saat sonra ve ütü masası olmadan geldi. Kalabalıkta bu gibi aksaklıklar olabilir fakat belli ki bayram yoğunluğu için son dakika personeller alınmış ve çalışanlara diğer çalışanlar bilgi/yönlendirme yapıyordu ve hizmet almak gerçekten güçleşiyor. Önceden işe alım, oryantasyon yapılmadığı için hizmetler aksıyor gördüğümüz kadarıyla. Halbuki tüm çalışanlar canla başla çalışıyordu, güleryüzlüydü ve yardımseverdi. Yani otel yönetiminin yoğun dönemlere dair çalışma yapmasını öneriyorum. Bir de deniz ve plajı çok güzel olduğu ve yemeklerini lezzetli bulduğumuz için tercih ettiğimiz bir oteldi fakat birçok şeyin yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Otel eski tamam ama biraz yenilemeyle çok daha konforlu hale gelebilir.
