Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable pudimos caminar y disfrutar de la naturaleza y visitar tienda de abarrotes cerca para los gustitos extras. El Propietario Sr Obiel Delgado tuvo un trato muy atento y amable con todo tipo de información que nos hizo disfrutar mas nuestro paseo. Lo recomendamos al 100%. "Our car broke down on the way to the hotel The staff sent a van to pick us up, rescue us The following day, the driver drove us to the site where we left the car in order to meet the tow truck; then they took us back to the hotel no charge "

"We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The views are definitely amazing! Keep in mind that in the main lobby, they have 2 different bedroom options. One with private balcony, full view of the canyon, and one with partial view/no private balcony. The ones with private balcony are obviously more expensive and updated. But, they still need more work. Our bathroom wasn't the best. The ceiling was falling apart. The simpler/partial view room is located under the main restaurant and kitchen. If you stay in those rooms, be aware that you will hear all the noise from the kitchen since 5:30 a.m. If you are an early bird and don't mind waking up early, this could be a good option for you since they are more affordable. The restaurant menu is limited but they do offer vegan substitutions. We purchased the food package. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was included. Small portions for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was more complete, especially when it was buffet. All staff was amazing! Extraordinary customer service. We had a wonderful stayed. Definitely coming back again. "
