"Beware - it's clear from other reviews and my own experience that this hotel habitually overbooks guests. They then claim that the guest or booking site cancelled the reservation. This seems to occur most often with foreign (European) guests. I was moved to another hotel with whom they have an 'agreement' ..."

"The hotel was beyond my expectations. Room, spa and breakfast, everything was great and staff were super helpful. The location was also 10m walking distance from the Registan square. Overall it was great experience."
