We went with a group of friends and friends, booked 5 rooms with different platforms. Everyone else got an upgrade with free breakfast plus the club access apart from us booking from hotels.com even we all highest tier from all platforms. This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Shout out to Shakhram at reception for the excellent service.
