I liked the premises, the politeness of the staff, the location of the compound, and the way we were treated by Mr. Jasor the guest manager in the hotel--a young energetic, and humble person.
We went with a group of friends and friends, booked 5 rooms with different platforms. Everyone else got an upgrade with free breakfast plus the club access apart from us booking from hotels.com even we all highest tier from all platforms.
Checked in together but only our room was not upgraded.
Everything is fine in the hotel, a bit out of the way from the centres but taxi is so cheap so wouldn’t mind that. Bed was so comfortable.
Only problem was the water pressure, it was impossible to take a shower with the shower head because it was worst than you use a bucket to collect it from the tap. Use the rain shower was better but still on a super low pressure.
Top Hotel by all means, but outside of town. Service was outstanding, reception, roof top and breakfast. Tip top room, like brand new. The best was the concierge Akmal who helped us even with him private means to solve our case.
It’s meant to be a five star facility although better attention could be paid to the details: for ex, no hooks in bathroom, bathroom door warped against floor. And staff need to be trained to be more attentive to patrons, especially concierge who seemed busy on their devices.
Great overall. Some minor issues like the coffee was over, hookah tips, disposable cups for takeout coffee, they ran out of it. It felt like there is a problem with delivery or maybe we were unlucky to get there during the busy occupancy period.
Terrific hotel, great facilities. Breakfast excellent. Like other great hotels, it is the staff who make this hotel so special, Akmal and Eshnazar just to name a few!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful facility and we especially want to thank Mr.Akmal at the concierge desk for arranging a last minute transfer to Bhukara as we had an issue with our train tickets. He was very efficient and really helped us when we were in a crunch.
hotel staff kindly communicate with me. my train will leave 2000 so i asked late check out. she accepted it and she proposed late check out 14:00 for free of charge and 2000 for the half of fee to stay. she took care of me greatly.
Staff at check-in were rude and unwelcoming. No one offered to help with our luggage when we arrived — we had to carry everything in ourselves from the taxi. Even when I asked for assistance (while pregnant), it felt like a chore for them. At a 5-star hotel, this was very disappointing.
At check-in, the staff insisted we had booked a twin room, even though my booking clearly showed a king. I was told no king rooms were left until I firmly pointed out that I hadn’t booked a twin. Only then did they agree to merge the beds, which took over 30 minutes after our arrival — not ideal after a long journey and arriving late at night.
Room service was also poor. We ordered at 9:30pm and requested it for 10:30pm, but it arrived late at 10:45pm with no cutlery or napkins, and the food was cold. The server was uninterested and insisted we pay the 15% service charge despite the issues. After another 10 minutes, one napkin and some cutlery arrived, but no further apology or support. When I called again to report the cold food and missing napkins, I was told they’d send another one “immediately,” but it never arrived.
Finally, the Japanese-style bidet in the bathroom didn’t work. An engineer came after 30 minutes and simply changed the remote battery but couldn’t communicate in English. The water still sprayed incorrectly, and we gave up trying to fix it as it was already late.
Overall, this was far below Hilton standards. Poor service, lack of care, and no attention to guests’ comfort
i think the hotel is good but needs to work on their pillows a bit, staff still on going training and expect delays, impossible to reach anyone from your room, could be that hotel was overbooked but although didnt seem so.
