"Pros: Sauberes schönes kleines Haus mit einem wirklich tollen großen Pool. Es fehlt im Haus an nichts. Cons: Die Klimaanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und kühlt nicht mehr maximal. Klodeckel in einem Bad nur sehr laut zuschließen, das war nervig."

"We spent a great week in the superbly appointed chalet/villa during the end of year and new year period of 2023/24. The house is located in a very tranquil part of Urbanización Mont Ferrutx. The well stocked village shop in Colònia de Sant Pere is within walking distance.
