- Sitting on one of the most private, romantic and exhilarating pieces of land in the Upper Kingsburg shores, is the architecturally magnificent Point House. Built by world renowned architect Brian Mackay-Lyons, the Point House is nestled between the wild Atlantic ocean and famous Shobac Farm. Spectacular sunrises, sunsets and night skies are all in abundance from inside or outside… and from the hot tub! This property will not disappoint with its wall to wall windows, top of the line appliances and all the amenities needed for a relaxing week.
