The location is great but the room is very old and tired could do with a deep clean and the skirtings were disgusting. It needs a paint, new carpet and better lighting. The bathroom needs a deep clean and taps where dripping all the time.The skirting where dirty and round the floor in the bathroom and round toilet. outside grounds need a lot of maintenance and also the building. ☹️

Room was in appearance clean. With a closer look: baseboard and bathroom floor were dusty. Bathroom sink faucet had residual dirty. The inside of the washer was moldy.
