Der Kaffee an sich war in Ordnung, die dazu servierte Milch schmeckte allerdings nach Kondensmilch. Hafermilch wäre schön, wird aber evtl zu wenig nachgefragt. Auf der 1. "Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a 24-day trip. The village where the hotel is located is quiet and about 20-30 minutes from the villages on the Alsace wine route. The young man who checked us in was helpful, but for some reason not especially friendly. The room was small, but was clean and overall comfortable. "Great place for walking and bird watching. Hotel is spotless and efficient but friendly. Only a few minutes walk from the train station and they give you a free ticket to use any train or bus for miles around. So you can be in the middle of Freiburg in half an hour. We were meeting friends so didn't try their restaurant. "

"We enjoyed Hotel and Gasthaus Lowen very much. Booking the hotel was easy and the communication from the hotel to us was excellent. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and taking the train into Freiburg was very easy and made our time lass stressful as we didn't need to worry about driving. Our room was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. It was the ideal place for us to stay as visited the Christmas market in Freiburg."
