The staff was so helpful, loved the hotel a room. The only thing was there was only one bedside light to read but everything else was watching wonderful!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Interlaken West is around the corner. We got lucky, our room had fantastic views! The staff were friendly with and helpful. The cook-to-order eggs were great!! We would stay there again !!

Staff- particularly Marianna and Kim were helpful, knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Breakfast was hearty, with a good variety. Rooms nice but a bit dated. Good location to restaurant and train station.

This was a nice hotel and very convenient. However it was an oversight on my part that they did not have an elevator and I was traveling with my 87 year old mother. I was hoping to get a room closer to the bottom floor but we had to take the top floor which made it difficult traveling with luggage. I did not however see in the description that there was no air condition asked this was very disappointing. The best part of this hotel was the breakfast.

Short stop over in Interlaken

Making a short stop over after travelling back over the alps from Tuscany. What a fantastic place to stop! If you get a chance stop for more time as this place is lovely. We have a great view of the Jungfrau from our balcony and the town has many restaurants. The hotel is very friendly and a perfect place to stay.

The room was very nice and had a patio for us to enjoy the view. The staff was excellent to assist us on our requests from an extra pillow to breakfast allergies. The location was perfect and only a couple minutes walk from Interlaken West and most of the main drag for shopping and restaurants. My wife and I highly recommend the Hotel Post Hardermannli for your time in Interlaken.
