"Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up. Once inside, the dark desk had an un-labeled envelope on it and some signage in german indicating some numbers to call for help. One rang the desk phone and the other could be heard ringing on the other side of a locked door behind the desk. After lots of ringing, someone eventually showed up and said the envelope on the desk had my key. I got in and everything was fine, but this confusing experience added stress to an already long day. The hotel itself was nice. The room was great. Quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The mini-split air conditioning was a real treat after a week of extremely hot temperatures in Spain and France."

Deutsch Das Berghotel Kristall wirkt vom ersten Moment an beruhigend, eingebettet in eine ruhige Landschaft mit weitem Blick. Die Einrichtung ist warm und durchdacht, mit sanftem Licht, gemütlichen Sitzbereichen und einladenden Rückzugsorten. Große Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und verstärken die entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Mahlzeiten sind einfach und gut, im Bistro-Stil serviert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und bietet eine große Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Besonders angenehm ist die 24-Stunden-Vertrauensstation mit Snacks, Getränken und kostenlosem Wasser. Draußen laden ruhige Wege und die Natur dazu ein, langsamer zu werden. Eine einfache, schöne Auszeit."
