We had a wonderful stay at BK Pioneer! The place was very clean and felt just like home. Everything we needed was available from a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils to onsite laundry facilities.Housekeeping was done daily, which was a pleasant surprise. They changed our linens and made the beds while we were out, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was spacious, with a big bed for us and a separate room for the kids with two single beds. There were also two tv's which was great for relaxing in the evenings, with all the apps including netflix, youtube etc, the wifi internet speed was excellent, we really enjoyed our stay, reception staff was also nice.

Love this hotel. I’m a loyal customer. Used to get a few more niceties and perks for being a regular. Seems to have dried up. No more upgrades or nice perks in the room now days

I left my mobile in the uber the reception staff were super helpful and within ten minutes i had my phone back with me and a nice cold bottle of water to drink during what was a very stressful time. I would definitely stay again.

On arrival from the Carpark to reception - we found it very dated, carpet and walls could well do with updating. Apart from that everything was awesome.
We book a Lounge access room, which we thought was great, well worth paying the extra for that type of room and the extras it offers. Staff were great, Breakfast was great... overall a really nice stay & would stay here again in a Lounge access room
