Enjoy the driveway through the woods to reveal this 4 season home perched above Commanda Lake. Large front and rear decks to enjoy the stunning sunset view of the lake or watch deer and birds in the 1 acre of woods between the cottage and the road. 3 Bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with 2 bunkbeds (Lower Dbl Upper Single). 1 of the Queen rooms has sliding door access to the deck on the lakeside. Lrg main room with vaulted ceiling, 2 Couch's, and a modern dining table. Lrg kitchen with island and extra utility space for food storage in a second fridge with freezer. Bathroom has single shower, vanity and a jetted tub. During the warm months enjoy watersports, hiking, ATV'ing. Cottage has a large 8X40 dock for parking your boat or jumping in the water and a 8X8 swim dock for diving. During the colder months ice fishing, Snowmobiling, ski hill in nearby North Bay. Local LCBO/Grocery store and Meat Supplier within a 2 minute drive. Other Local attractions include: Restoule Provincial Park, Commanda Museum, City of North Bay
