"The house was very nice, but we were not aware that it was only a couple blocks from UW Oshkosh campus and nestled among several frat houses. The parties on Friday and Saturday nights were loud and went late, with kids mingling on the street and even in the VRBO driveway well into the night. Noise from the parties and street was bad on the first floor, but the second floor was well insulated from the noise of the outside party goers. We appreciated a new pack and play and high chair for the toddler traveling with us. Amenities in the kitchen were very nice. "
