There are plenty of places to charge devices, the pillows are ridiculously comfortable, everything is clean and new. Loved the pool table downstairs and availability of items at the in-hotel store. The pool and gym looked good, but we didn't have time to use them. The TV was much nicer than most hotels and it has Apple TV as well as availability of other services that you can sign into. Quiet area with no issues during our stay. Only thing that I would recommended improving is the quality of toilet paper as it was very stiff. Thanks for a great stay!

Didn’t really care for the hardwood floors and industrial type furniture but cleanliness is my main priority and it was clean that I will probably stay again. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

Good overnight stop, nice outdoor amenities

Very good breakfast and the staff are quite pleasant and helpful. The only problem here is that Tru hotels have small rooms. With two people, we were always on each other's way in the narrow walkway around the bed. There is a large park along the lake that makes a great morning walk from the hotel.

Service was top-notch from Check-in to Check-out. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The continental breakfast superseded all other hotels I've stayed at with the same star level. Hot food was included daily and everything was fresh and yummy. Although I didn't use the pool or gym, they were both very nice. I enjoyed the 24/7 water and coffee availability. I highly recommend Tru if you stay in Oshkosh.

Wonderful, new, clean & exactly what we needed. The rooms are set up for efficient use of space. The designers did an excellent job figuring out how to remove unneeded items - dressers, closets, etc & utilize a better bench, shoe & luggage shelves & a rod for hanging clothes. The staff was all very friendly & helpful, especially Emily. She was extremely nice & helped us find places to eat & shop. We chatted about a variety of things & she made us feel like she was welcoming us into her home. Loved her!!!
