"Clean room and swimming pool "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Rockaway in Pacifica. Parking was easy to find, which immediately made arriving stress-free. The location is one of its biggest highlights—right by the water, with beautiful coastal views and the relaxing vibe of a quiet beach town. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room itself was comfortable, and the beds were cozy enough that I slept really well. I also appreciated the white noise machine they provided. It was a thoughtful and unexpected touch that added to the overall comfort. Although the hallway felt a little dated, it wasn’t a major drawback and didn’t take away from the quality of the stay. The room and the rest of the property felt clean, calm, and well-maintained. Overall, this is a great spot if you’re looking for a peaceful coastal getaway with friendly service, convenient parking, comfortable rooms, and a hard-to-beat waterfront location. I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"Spotless comfortable room. Great beds! Window to the crashing waves was a delight! Cleaning service was a bit spotty, and WiFi weak. Beach hikes are amazing! Restaurant has a great view. Good espresso a short walk away. There are paved and unpaved hikes. I’m coming back!"

"The view was great! It was very nice having a fully fenced yard for the dog. The linens and tableware in the house are very nice and plentiful. Kitchen cooking gear is a little haphazard (bring your own cutting board) but about what we've seen in other vacation rentals. House was clean and cozy on a stormy fall weekend, great views of the clouds rolling over the ocean and the town of Pacifica has lots of great sightseeing nearby, and good dining options. The 'game room' is actually a totally separate entrance from the house, and we had a teen in our group who was delighted to use that for their bedroom. Note that pull-out bed is not full sized, a good size for kids or smaller teens.We used the grill and it was great.The only negative for us is the hot tub maintenance wasn't pristine, that filter could use some more attention. But over all, a wonderful and very comfortable weekend!"

"The room was clean, the shower was hot, and the towels were thick. The whole area looked a bit tired and weather worn - it could benefit from a fresh paint/stain job, but otherwise suited our modest needs perfectly."
