"Moved rooms 4 times. Room 1 the toilet flooded the bathroom, room 2 had dirty underwear and was not vacuumed (was told no vacuum was even on site), room 3 had no light fixtures and non functioning outlets, room 4 had 5 dead roaches (2 in bathroom, 3 fell out of the curtains). Absolutely filthy establishment. Would not recommend to anyone. The woman at the front desk was, however, lovely and did her best to be very helpful. "

"The Hotel was at the perfect location for Busch Gardens! While on the shuttle we realized that we left our daughter’s stroller. We asked to be taken back to the hotel to grab it and it was no problem for the driver! Had the best time"

"This was a perfectly serviceable, if older and less shiny, hotel. It was clean enough, although the floor could stand more mopping. It was located in the right area for our needs. The beds and linens were new and comfortable. There was a pool, though we didn't have time to use it, that looked nice. The place felt safe enough. Nothing glowing to say, but it did the trick."
