"Although their website says this LaQuinta is being renovated, I wasn’t impressed by the quality of work that’s been done so far. In our bathroom, there were small gaps between the wall and ceiling in the toilet area. The tiling on the walls and floor were not all flush. I noticed the unevenness when walking into the bathroom. Also, when we arrived in the late evening, we were approached by a panhandler in the parking lot. On the positive side, the person who checked us in was professional, efficient, and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. "

"Did not stay in room. Called to say we were not going to stay the night. Left on hold for 25 minutes. Hung up. Tagged as no show. No refund at all. Totally disappointed."

"One minor fault was that you advertise sleeping three but there were no extra blankets for someone to sleep on the couch."

"Check-in was ok. Bed was nice. Bathroom VERY small. A big person would have a problem sitting on the toilet. Room in general was nice. But, there was no coffee maker or non-available to our knowledge. Check-out was odd; they could not give me a receipt b/c I booked thru Hotels.com (a third party)."

"Tv didn't work, mold and massive peeling paint in the bathroom, sink was massively cracked, smoke alarm was missing, and the lights turned themselves on and off. We were going to get another motel but they were all full due to a convention."
