"We had a two family members that were not yet checked in and their car was towed. One family had to pay to get their car from impound with a fee of almost $200 which impacted their spending on other amenities that were on site. The other family member asked for a refund and left the hotel which impacted our family time with them. When this was discussed with management, management was very rude and disrespectful. Needless to say, although we found our rooms and amenities decent for the cost, this incident will prevent us from any further stays at this hotel. This was our first time at this particular hotel. Unfortunately it will be our last. There are plenty other places we have stayed on Daytona Beach and never experienced this major flaw with towing so quickly after arrival. However, the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior or management was enough for us. What a shame."
