"Hotel was perfect! I especially want to highlight how one of your team members went above and beyond during my stay. I forgot to pack my phone charger and only had a USB cord, but the USB charging port in the room wasn’t working. When I called the front desk, they sent up an engineer who was very apologetic and tried to resolve the issue. When he couldn’t get it working right away, he asked me to hang tight and returned shortly after with his own personal phone charger. He insisted that I use it to charge my phone. His kindness, genuine concern, and willingness to help truly stood out. The level of care he showed was beyond any customer service I’ve experienced before."

"When we 1st got there the air conditioner in the room was brooke and staff member said they didnt have any extra rooms, then when I asked to speak to a manager, the manager found another room to put us in. Then i have to say the room was mediocre and the bed was so uncomfortable. It was like we were sleping on bricks. We were there for 3 nights, and not one of those nights did I get a good nights sleep. Never again will I stay at any hotels through whyndam."

"I had ants in my room and they could not give me a different room because they were booked. They did spray the ants. They could not comp my room because it was booked through Expedia. "

"We ordered room service coffee. It cost $17.50 for 2 paper cups in a cardboard carrier, little creamer pods, no "stirrers". Parking was very expensive ($45/ night) No fridge or microwave. Cups did not fit the in-room coffee maker. No hooks at all in bathroom. Weird, square sink that didn't drain well. VERY disappointed in this Hilton hotel. (We also stayed in a nearby Hampton Inn that was wonderful, & cheaper)"
