This hotel is centrally located to downtown Pittsburgh activities and very close to PPG Stadium and Duquesne University. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Valet parking at the hotel was easy, but be aware of the fee. There is other close-by parking that may be less expensive. That being said, the parking at the hotel was quick, easy ,and convenient. Overall it was a great location to stay if doing things in downtown Pittsburgh! And the warm, complimentary cookies are a nice touch!

My large vehicle would not fit into the parking garage, but I was able to luckily find a spot on the street outside. I didn’t move my car for the rest of the stay because I was worried I wouldn’t find another spot. We had a situation at 4:30am with another patron screaming and banging on a door to a room near ours. After this went on for 1/2 hour I tried to call for help, but no one answered the phone. Despite these frustrations, the hotel itself was convenient and clean.

The valet parking staff were wonderful and friendly. The same with the front desk staff. The mattresses in our room were awful! There were hollows that made it impossible to sleep well. I ended up sleeping across the bottom of the bed. Mattresses need to be rotated regularly and replaced as required. Arguably the worst night of sleep I’ve ever had in ANY hotel.
