"The room was great. The bed was a little high and difficult for me as only 5’1” tall to get into easily. (If I had stayed more than one night, I would have asked for a step stool.) The clerk at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The young lady Alexa was truly amazing she was soo friendly and very professional. I stayed 2 extra days and she helped out graciously both times. I truly enjoyed my stay this place was very clean breakfast on point and it’s pet friendly. I’ll definitely be back 😊"

"We stopped in Jackson, TN as a halfway point between North Carolina and Texas. We selected Tru as it was one of the few hotels with availability. As soon as we walked into Tru, our greeting was warm and professional. The style and decor had a vibe. Our room was quaint and comfortable. The breakfast was your normal free breakfast - plenty of options, well prepared, and filling. Only downside - thin walls. However, all neighbors were respectful and courteous. I would recommend👌 "
