"When we arrived the main reason we have went to this property multiple times in the past was because of the pool and hot tub and found neither were going to work all weekend. Also the elevator didn’t work so had to make 3 trips with our stuff. Then last morning there were no eggs and staff refused to make more. We will never book here again. Kudos to hotels.com for giving us 50 reward points."
