The door of my room looked like it had been broken into and it was damaged. The other guests were very noisy until late at night. The breakfast selection was very poor. The attendant at the desk was very friendly and helpful however.

The PM staff was great. Everything else was bad. Tv rarely worked. Pool was never open. Breakfast was scary with no coffee. No security as doors left open. Hookers roam halls at night knocking on doors. Trash all around outside of hotel. The homeless people roam around all night. No offense to the homeless except they need to be cleaned up behind. The area around is all trash. Cleaning staff only cleaned room when you demanded it at desk. Did not replace towels or toilet paper. Had to go to desk and ask for it. The beds had a god awlful stain on the box spring. Someone must have bled all over in that room. Worst mattress as well. When you lay on it you roll and sink into the middle. It’s too bad it’s so alful as there is all kinds of food and shopping right there. Needs a real manager to make staff do their job and to make the place clean and secure.

The building was clean. The staff was attentive, courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast was ok. The bath tub could use an upgrade and the pool was closed. The location is good, near a movie studio and plenty of food choices. There was plenty of free parking. I did not see a business center.

Staff was nice. Tv did not work, the shower was leaking water. The elevator goes up but you have to walk down. No phones in any of the rooms. You can not call to desk. You have to walk down. My card got charged twice.
