Perfect for our needs. Weekend of golf and a place to crash. Room and bathroom were clean, modern and comfortable. Others have mentioned the lack of light and we had this issue also, with the frosted windows facing a roof or other part of the building (hard to confirm), they were also painted shut so no ability to have fresh air, but the rooms were air conditioned. Only downside really. Convenient to have the bar and bistro downstairs. Only ate there once, pizza was decent enough. Free onsite...

Really happy with the room and our stay, overall. Nothing negative to write, only suggestion would be maybe consider sliding fly screen doors to the balcony so at night you can enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves without being bombarded with mozzies the size of my fist. :)
Would definitely stay here again, of all the places we've stayed at The Gong, Best Western City Sands was, literally, the best! :)

Because I come from the country this was my first time of visiting the city. I had to drive and navigate getting to the accommodation. Once we arrived I was unsure on how to get into the accommodation. The young man at reception was very helpful and made the process very user friendly.
Also loved that we were in the city but our balcony had a lovely bushy outlook. Location for what we needed was fantastic. Highly recommend these Serviced Apartments. Thank you.

A wonderful hotel, very well appointed, very convenient to the city centre and well located for other attractions. Car parking (enter from Market Street, entry at the rear of the hotel) is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel offers everything a hotel guest could wish for. Recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful when only a few days before our stay we had to find room for some extra guests. They gave us three different room options of varying price and size. When we arrived to check in their was a rude customer in front of us and even though she was very rude the staff member at the check in desk kept calm and was very professional in his behaviour towards her and the other guests in the lobby. The room was far better than expected - I don't typically trust website...

From the moment we booked until we left the team where brilliant and looked after us.
It was a large bucks weekend (we found out at checkout that the team don't usually except them) However we played nice and stayed out of trouble all weekend.
Rooms great for a group of guys, all bases covered from towels, linen, TV and air con.
BBQ's on site cleaned everyday.
Great Pub over the road.
Would recommend if you can convince reception you won't be trouble as part of a boys weekend.
