"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless throughout my stay, and to the reception staff for their friendly and efficient service. I also want to appreciate the valet team for always being quick, courteous, and helpful — they made coming and going incredibly smooth. A special shout-out to Abbas, Saifullah, and Willila for their outstanding assistance. I had an issue with the washer/dryer, and they responded immediately and fixed it right away with professionalism and a great attitude. Their prompt support truly made my stay more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and a team that really cares about its guests. I’ll definitely be returning!"
