"PrimeRoom 別府 菊 was the best stay we had in our whole trip. We hoped we could spend more nights in this room to enjoy the area, hotspring and interior facilities. Everything was great and recommended for families. Thank you. "

"Get property, very clean and welcoming "

"Remind the property manager to make sure that your room is clean by 16:00, check in time."

"Great onsen, convenient location."

"I really enjoyed the onsen, it has a sauna and a cold pool. However, the room is relatively small and the bed and pillow is only fair. BUT the staff were really nice."

"Very clean and super comfortable beds. The sound of the surf while soaking in your own open air onsen tub on the balcony is fantastic. Wonderful ocean view from open air tub as well as balcony chairs and table. Great food in the restaurants."

"Fantastic stay. Huge beautiful rooms and the most attentive considerate staff."

"Generally ok , will stay here again."

"Favorite spot to stay in Beppu. Great staff, great rooms, and good food."

"The hotel soooo great! I love i&stuff and meal, nice onsen tub♨️all include meal and drink(with alcohol) I’ll be back again！！"

"Clean room and helpful staff"

"Room was very clean and staff was nice"

"Amenities were well thought out especially the details such as ac control translation. I would stay at this hotel chain again. Staff helpful and friendly"

"Phenomenal breakfast, superb Japanese style room, excellent staff."

"This property has a great location right by the train and bus station. The rooms are business friendly and the Japanese breakfast was very good but not a buffet, filling for sure. Onsen are close by and you can take your room towel there. Decent prices for room and Onsen near are reasonable."

"It was a great stay!"

"The price is for sleep only. But it was good enough for me. The place is close to the station and very convenient."
