Set your creative juices flowing in the contemporary kitchen area which has been finished to a high standard with a three-seater breakfast bar creating social opportunity whilst you're cooking. In addition, an eight-seater dining table provides space for all the family to gather together, be it for meal times or evenings spent playing board games. Head to the market town of Barnstaple to browse the local pannier market, or join a stretch of the Tarka Trail for a picturesque walking route with a number of cafes to stop and refuel at. If you fancy a day out on the coast, you can take your pick between North Devon''s fine dog-friendly beaches which include Instow (16 miles) and Saunton (17 miles). Here you can stroll on the sand, try your hand at surfing or dig into a tasty treat at one of the beachside cafes and restaurants.
