Spacious, newly decorated, retaining art deco features this house is perfect for a visit to the South Lakes. 2 bedrooms, 1 King with en-suite shower room & 1 double with use of family bathroom. The kichen/diner/ living area is spacious and features SieMatic kitchen with Siemens appliances, and fully equipped cooks kitchen and antique working gramophone! Separate living area with pink velvet sofas and an outside deck with a bar!

5 mins walk into Ulverston (please note - Ulverston is a hilly town and the house is up a hill)

15 mins drive to edge of Windermere and Coniston.
The listing is for the whole house with its own decked seating/dining area outside.
I own another house on the property so a member of the family is usually around and has use of the driveway.
