"A beautiful property where we were made to feel very welcome. The owner was helpful giving suggestions for taxi firms and ev charging points. We had the breakfast on the first morning which had a good selection of food, including fresh fruit and some lovely yoghurts. A great location for Newby Bridge and lakes end steam train, ferry and aquarium. "

"It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Hill Top Farm. Everything was perfect for our family, we range from 1 year old to 66 years old and all our needs were met at this fabulous venue. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it, we would not hesitate to book again."

"The accommodation was very spacious and had everything we needed, eg tea, coffee and milk provided. Bathroom was well equipped with a lovely big shower. The master room was massive and decorated nicely. Overall a great place to stay and in a perfect location as you’re in walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and also easy to travel elsewhere via car."
