"Travelled for a birthday in Blackpool with my children and grandchildren. Ideal place to use as opposed to booking 4 hotel rooms. Very well equipped and ideally situated just a few minutes from the seafront and tram stops. Quiet area too. Some of the fittings are starting to show their age, but only to be expected at the end of the season. Would definately use again."

"We have enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay, the location was spot on only 2 minutes to Lake Windermere and the ferry landing point. Colin is the perfect host, very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and looked after us well. Breakfast was a lovely; full English in a cosy setting. The room was fine with all amenities. It was our birthdays whilst there and Colin decorated the room, these touches are most appreciated. Definitely recommend 10/10"
