"It is a small family run hotel - the owners personally greeted us. Everything had a personal to touch to it. The breakfast was outstanding. The owners were very personable and went out of the way to help us. The room was clean and spacious. It felt more like staying at your uncle's house than at a hotel. Location wise, it is perfect. Pamukkale and Hierapolis middle gate was just few minutes walk away from the hotel. "

"The owner’s family helped me a lot during my stay, arranging transportation and giving me great advice for sightseeing in Pamukkale and Karahayit. The breakfast and the clean, comfortable room made it a perfect stay."

"The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets. However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled). The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero. We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but we were told we could not refill them at breakfast as we must buy plastic bottles every time we...

"We visited in March and I had hoped the beautiful outdoor pools would be heated and open but they were not and that was really disappointing as the reason we chose this place was for the outdoor pools. And I had thought the outdoor pools were thermal so they would be heated but they were not. The hotel is very big and popular with the big tour buses. There were more than 10 big buses parked outside so it doesn't have the intimate feeling I was hoping for. If you don't like big tour buses and...

"The hotel seens family run and the staff are super nice and responsive. The location is 5 minutes walk to the pamukkale back entrance and we left our rental car parked outside the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful surprise! Free parking outside the hotel. Highly recommend! "

"The owners were amazingly accommodating and welcoming. The backyard was peaceful, complete with a pear tree and pool. The hotel was an easy 2 minute walk from the limestone pools. The Turkish breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend staying here-you are guaranteed a peaceful visit. "

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. largely thanks to the incredible staff. My husband unfortunately had an accident and broke his foot during our trip. The hotel manager went above and beyond to support us, he provided a wheelchair, arranged a very accessible room and were always available to assist. The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious and offering a great variety each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for is outstanding service, excellent facilities and convenient location near the Pamukkale thermal pools.
