"We stayed 3 nights. The regular pool was great. They were working on the thermal pool when we arrived but we were still able to use it. The thermal pool was much improved during our stay. Breakfast varied based on how many guests are at the hotel. With few guests they fix you a plate in the kitchen but they were very accommodating. With more guests they put out a buffet which is excellent. The room and balcony were clean. We do not smoke and the room we were given smelled great. "

"Even though the location is very central, the lack of parking onsite by is not convenient. The rooms are old, towels (only one per person!) are in tatters, pillows are hard, the bathtub needs the skill of a circus performer to climb in and out of. The bathroom door knob would come off. The balcony door lock did not work. No shampoo, no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee. The staff was helpful when we could not connect to the internet and the TV did not work. "ホテルのオスマンはとてもフレンドリーで、チェックアウト後のプールやシャワーの利用をオファーしてくれたりとサービスがとても良かった。私たちは次の目的地に向かうバスのチケットをオンラインで買えず、デニズリまで早めに戻って買うしかないかと半ば諦めていたところ、彼のアレンジで無事チケットを買うことが出来て私たちはパムッカレでの一日を満喫することが出来た。また、ここの朝食はブッフェではなく、テーブルごとにトルコ式の朝食が一式出てくるスタイルで、どれもとても美味しくいただいた。静かな村でマーケットやレストランも徒歩で行けます。とても良い宿なのでおすすめです。"

As a family of four, we needed to the used plates to be taken away from to make space, but we were ignored twice. The waiter named Raffet turned his head away, as if he didn’t want to acknowledge us. I couldn’t understand his strange behavour."
