"We really enjoyed our stay! The listing said it had a hot tub but when we arrived it didn’t. I read after that the external company listed it incorrectly. The only down side was the property wasn’t cleaned very well - old used contact lenses around the desk and bedside table and there was hairs on the bathroom shelf. I did a quick clean myself and throughly enjoyed the rest of our week the location was perfect and our lodge was next to the pond which was lovely."

"Using the shower over the bath the water was not draining even thiugh the pug was open, i had to pull it right out for the bath to empty and then i realised it was because it was blocked with thick hairs so had not had a proper clean in a while. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay, comfortable and welcoming. It had all you needed including a washing machine and dishwasher. This makes life easier especially when you are on holiday."

"Lovely hotel, currently undergoing refurbishment. But no impact on experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of nice touches in the room. I have already recommended it to several people and I will certainly return. We were a family of 5 and the kids also remarked on how impressive it was, they enjoyed playing tennis and having a swim after dinner. Food was wonderful with an excellent choice, we enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast. *Highly recommend *"

" We've just returned from three fantastic nights at The Crow Park Hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Full of charm, rich history, and unique character, this family-run hotel offers something really special being genuine warmth and exceptional customer care that's hard to find these days. If you're after modern gadgets and flashy features, this may not be your place, but what you'll get instead is far more rewarding with breathtaking views of Catbells and Hope Park, and an unbeatable location just a stone's throw from the heart of Keswick. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, and we especially loved chatting with the owner, whose passion for the hotel's heritage and deep knowledge of Keswick made our stay even more memorable.
