"Wonderful, secluded hotel in the NW Coast of Scotland with incredible views from you window. Staff was focused on ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Dinner was one of the best of our stay and reasonable priced. Breakfast is included with the room and was made to order unlike the buffets at other hotels. The hotel is older which is part of its charm. Hard to get too but worth the drive. One of our favorite places to stay in Scotland. "

"Hotel was lovely. Well decorated and friendly, helpful hosts. Public areas and the rooms are comfortable and of a high standard. Kettle and tea/coffee in room were of high quality. However, it was let down by poor quality beds that had a weak base and were not suitable for large adults. They broke immediately upon sitting on the mattress. This will be a lovely hotel when beds are replaced with units that are suitable for enduring use by multiple guests. "

"Parking was cash only but luckily had that on us but finding the parking was difficult due to construction. Then the small hike to the hostel from the temporary parking was a bit much with bags and over a fence. Service was nice, beds were not very comfortable "

"The cottage is on a hill side overlooking the harbour and the views from the small deck are beautiful at anytime.the drive up to the cottage is extremely steep and narrow and the turning point at the top is limited. Inside the cottage is spacious and light, but some areas need an update, especially the kitchen. The weather was good and we enjoyed our time there."
