The Space:
Spacious four bedroom home located on a quiet street, only a short stroll to stunning Mollymook Beach and Golf Club. This property is ideal for families. The kitchen overlooks the dining and pool table area so you can still be apart of the fun whilst cooking up dinner for the family Enjoy the two living areas featuring a pool table for plenty of fun! There are plenty of books and board games to keep the kids entertained.
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, with walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The ceiling fan does not work

The house is nice and spacious and has well equipped kitchen and furniture.The bedrooms are good. There are 3 toilets and the lounge area also has a pool table to enjoy. The property need to provide wifi and linen. Overall a comfortable place to stay and highly recommended.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY
Good points: location close to beach and club, very spacious, pool table available for entertainment, bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable.
Bad points: cleanliness of the property in and out was terrible, had to kill 4 cockroaches, multiple bugs and cobwebs on light fittings, shower heads in both bathrooms were useless, aircon heating doesn’t work, hot kettle element covered in mould, furniture very outdated and not comfortable, dining tables greasy not cleaned, utensils and pots/pans covered in grease not cleaned, mattress protector had blood on it, the dishwasher very smelly due to filter full of old food scraps. Overall the cleanliness was what let this property down.
What an amazing place! The place is massive, very clean but with a homely vibe. 3 indoor toilets and a massive front yard and bbq area! Feels like you have your very own resort. We dealt directly with Ray White mollymook and had amazing customer service! We had 3 families and children from 2 years - 9 years staying.

Great location
The house is nice with a great layout BUT what was important to us and didn’t meet our standards is that the property was dirty, dusty everywhere inside, the reverse cycle doesn’t function properly so couldn’t heat at all, the outdoor area, bbq and all windows were filthy, wouldn’t eat off the bbq but signs everywhere to clean up or be charged cleaning. There was no hot water when needed, half a roll of toilet paper in house, 3 year out of date 250ml milk in fridge, lounge uncomfortable to sit, mattresses not so good, I honestly don’t feel the house in that state should be let as a holiday rental
This 4 bedroom house has lots of room for a family in a pretty good location, ie walk to the beach or the golf club. It was presented as clean and sparse. It would benefit from a bigger tv and the addition of wifi, otherwise great with a laidback beach house appeal
