Grab a book or a board game. You also have a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and tub and the back yard is fully fenced.

The property has three split levels, each with a set of tiled stairs with handrails.
All guests and visitors permitted at this premise;

- No parties or schoolies to be at our property
- We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach before entering the house
- No smoking inside or on the balcony
- We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm
- Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms.


PET RULES
- We accept 1 dog under 10 kg, no-shedding and fully house-trained.
- No pets are allowed on our furnishings, including beds please. We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed
- Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended
- Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bins at the entry of the complex (not inside)

You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart.
