Hilltop retreat

An excellent house. The location could not be bettered with views that could grace any travel brochure. The village has enough shops to keep you in food supplies and a couple of good cafes/bars. The local pizzeria is excellent value. Would recommend the house and the location

Schönes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Stadthaus. Auf der Straße vor dem Haus ist zwar einiges los, aber nachts ist es auch bei offenem Fenster ruhig, und die Fenster isolieren sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge der Ogliastra und das Meer. Die Treppe, die die drei Stockwerke verbindet, ist steil und recht eng, für kleine Kinder und Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigungen vielleicht nicht so geeignet. Die Matratzen sind gut, Mückenschutz braucht es keinen, und wenn für jedes Bett auch noch eine Nachttischlampe vorhanden wäre, wäre es perfekt. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, die etwas mitgenommenen Überzüge auf den Sesseln vor dem Kamin sollten mal ausgewechselt werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder nach Ulassai!

Wunderschönes sardisches Domizil mit mega Blick

Der Ausblick in diesem voll restauriertem Haus, auf dem tollen Balkon ist einfach grandios. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Einzig und allein...Hundegebell muss man mögen ...:-) und die Straße gibt erst Mitternacht Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp war super schnell und einfach. Danke für alles. Wir hatten wundervolle Tage.

Wohlfühlen im authentischen Bergdorf

schön renoviertes kleines Reihenhaus auf drei Etagen. Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf Berge und Meer. Einrichtung und Ausstattung absolut ausreichend. Alles kann im Ort gekauft werden, Metzgerei und Alimentari sind super! Zwei schöne Wochen Ende August, September dort verbracht. Ort liegt bei fast 700m Höhe, daher angenehmere Temperaturen als an der Küste.

A wonderfull place to climb

In the center of a quiet village so typical and friendly. 5 minutes to go to the climbing places. A big flat just perfect for a familly. The landlord is very hepfull and gentle.

Ideale Unterkunft für Familien bzw. Freunde

Sehr schönes kleines Reihenhaus in Ulassai. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Er ist nicht vor Ort, aber man konnte immer telefonieren bzw. Whatsapp. In der Küche ist das wichtigste vorhanden und am Kamin konnten wir sehr gut grillen.
