The room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and inviting. Also the free breakfast was delicious, it was fresh and tasty. Please keep up the great work you all do. I'm definitely staying at this property again when I bring my mom.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly- one receptionist went above and beyond and helped me find a dentist when I was in a lot of pain. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it is comfortable nonetheless. It’s a very close walk to Sukhbaatar Square and multiple museums and monuments.

Comfortable and spacious

We had an extremely comfortable stay in a large spacious twin room with a kitchenette. Location is excellent for central activities in Ulaabaatar.

The hotel does not have good communication with Orbitz. I had booked and a confirmation from Orbitz. However when I showed up, the hotel was full. They did find a neighboring hotel. My advice is call the hotel after booking to insure you have a room.

Un buen hotel en el centro de Ulán Bator

Perfectamente ubicado en el centro de Ulaanbaatar, personal amable y eficiente, instalaciones adecuadas, cafetería agradable a precios razonables. El desayuno un poco flojo, pero es una muy buena opción en la capital de Mongolia.

２人泊なのに、水、バスローブがひとつずつしかないので電話して持ってきてもらった その間にTVがつかないし、コーヒーカップはあるのにコーヒーがないことも判明 TVは2人直しに来たけど、だめだね、だけで帰って行った、何それ？ コーヒーもない、と言われたけど、2泊目にはインスタントコーヒー，紅茶が補充されていた、あるんじゃない！ ランドリーバックも2日目にはあった シングルベッド２つの部屋だったが、一つは体重65キロの夫が寝返り打つとベッドが傾いてしまう最悪なものだった 朝食の始まると聞かされた時間に行くと、すでにたくさんの人が食事をしていて、おかずは補充されず、これまで見たことのない薄っぺらいオムレツに辟易

Hotels.comで予約すると度々ある事だが、「予約されていません」というトラブルがある。 今回も予約されていないというトラブルがあり、予約番号を見せてもどうにもならず。しばし待たされ、ようやくチェックイン。 チェックアウトの時は「事前払いもされていない」という回答。 システムのもんだいなのか、ホテル側の問題なのか分からないが、こういう事がよくある。 部屋はまあまあだが、朝食が酷い。 水道水は茶色く濁っており、時々お湯が出ない。

I booked three rooms in this hotel more than one month ago before we checked in. When we arrived at the hotel, there was only one room available in this hotel, and other two rooms were assigned to a neighboring hotel (which used to belong to Puma Imperial Hotel but recently transfered to other new hotel). Therefore, we split to rooms in different hotels. We are satisfied with either of these hotels, but our only dissatisfaction is that we have to go over to the other hotel for each breakfast.

칭기스칸 광장 옆 좋은 위치의 가성비 좋은 호텔

중심가에 위치하여 걸어서 업무 쇼핑 외식이 매우편리...가급적 일찍 체크인하길 권장...예약해도 오버부킹하는지 늦게 오면 다른 호텔로 보냄. 청결하고 스탭은 매우 친절..조식도 괜찮음..예약한 객실만 제대로 준다는 보장이 있으면 다시 찾을 의향있음
