"We had a very comfortable stay. Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. Good, hot shower with great pressure. They even have black cosmetic towels which were a very nice touch. The hotel is dog friendly and even gave us a goodie bag for our dog. Our room had a very nice view of the lake. "

"Location was great oceanfront property. Room was clean. We were able to walk to Glass Beach. Dining and shops were within 3 to 10 minutes. Only issue with the stay was the television. It would power on and play for about twenty minutes then go out. This happened multiple times throughout the stay. We would call the front office and they would contact someone to remotely reset the box. This was a annoying/irritating. Other than that, it was a good stay."

"There was a banging sound coming from the other side of the wall of our room. It sounded like it may have been coming from a utility room or equipment area. It went on intermittently all night and into the next morning. I spoke to the front desk in person at 7 AM and she said I should have called them, which I should have, but now I am asking you to please take care of it and she said she would. Over an hour later, still noisy so I spoke to the front desk in person again. The issue was never resolved, we never received an explanation or an apology. I have no confidence that calling them in the middle of the night would have done any good. "

"The rooms were very clean. A little small for the price. The shower is extremely small and no room to move aside from the shower head. The elevator was very slow for the doors to close and to begin moving. Otherwise, nice hotel."
