"Exceeded my expectations. I frequently stay at ZRH Airport hotel, but this was my first time staying at the Radisson Blu. All previous times I stayed at the Hyatt instead. I will come back to Radisson Blu next time! The large Hotel entry space is inviting, centered by an excellent Bar. Hotel is about 6 min walk to terminal A, and about 8 mins walk to Terminal B. Walking path to the terminals is all indoors through large, lighted tunnels and airport terminals. No need to be outdoor or exposed to weather to get to the Terminals. I will stay here again next time."

"Check in was easy and went smoothly. One complaint - Had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door. What was the purpose of the sign!"

"A very basic hotel near Zurich. Absolutely bare-bones furnishing (with not even a glass in the bathroom or bedroom!). The hotel bed was rather uncomfortable...making a good night's sleep difficult as well. Suitable only for highly price-conscious travelers for 1 or 2 nights. Further, the hotel seems to have very poor systems. At every step of check-in and check-out, they wanted me to pay City tax extra, which had already been paid at the time of booking. I had to call their Helpline every time to explain and then they would let me proceed. "
