The house is located in the beautiful Baltic Sea Ückeritz in a central location. In the vicinity of the quarter there are Edeka and Aldimarkt, a doctor and a dental practice, a cash machine of the bank and the train station. To the beach you need about 20 minutes at a leisurely stroll. But you also have the opportunity to drive by car to the beach (beach parking).

The holiday home has a size of approx. 125 m², including on the ground floor: • 1 living room with extension, couch, armchair, coffee table • 1 bedroom with 2 bedside tables • fully equipped kitchen with dining table, sitting area and chairs • 1 bathroom with shower / WC • Upstairs: • There are 3 bedrooms with bedside tables and wardrobes and • 1 bathroom with shower / WC • A furnished sitting area with barbecue and a parking space and a garage are also available • Pets are only allowed on request • Bed linen is provided • Towels to bring along • WLAN for free • washing machine available • no accommodation of youth groups
