"Pros: Beim einchecken in die FeWo sehr freundlicher und netter Empfang. Zwei Terrassen mit genügend Gartenstühle und Tisch, wir konnten auch das Carport bei schlechteren Wetter zum Sitzen mit nutzen. Super bequeme Betten und Ecksofa. Es gibt viel auf der Insel zu entdecken und der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein herzlichen Danke Familie Brose, wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Cons: Gibt es nichts"

"Aufenthalt O. K. Wohnung ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet aber auch nicht mehr. Schöner Balkon neben Baumkronen. Wellnessbereich war gut, obwohl das Dampfbad größtenteils nicht in Betrieb war. Wegen der nahen Hauptstraße war der Verkehr gut vernehmbar. Wohnung im 3. Stock und Fahrstuhl auf die letzten Tage ausgefallen. Mühselig mit dem Gepäck bei der Abreise. Alles in allem in dieser Konstellation nicht wieder. "

"The check in experience was poor - they don’t bother to offer proper instructions for the front desk that is located away from the actual hotel. Moreover - they don’t bother to pickup calls at the front desk. Poor experience and poor communication. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Good location. Just their concept of supporting customers is way off - set your expectations low."
