Not much to say for the price you get what you pay for. The fact that they cannot even provide a shower chair for an elderly person is really sad. Hope they can do that for future patrons. Not even a plastic chair. I won’t be returning. They have very nice people working for them though. That made the stay ok and they have a lobby with a live singer was very nice.

I like the hotel but getting to the entrance was confusing. When i booked i didn't know it was attached to a market (mall)

overall are ok, only the smell of Carpet has to be improved as 2-3 years ago until now this point still didn't get any improve yet.

I’m very grateful to the entire staff here. The kitchen staff, the cleaners, the gym/pool staff, the masseuses, the musicians, and of course the reception people headed by the manager often referred to as “the lady with the glasses”. The only criticism is that I hope all the staff take their masks off and show their beautiful smiles.

Wi-Fi is needed
I was very disappointed with the wifi in our rooms, it would show connected no internet not useful.On sunday morning, the cold items at the buffet where empty no fruit, salad, and breads were low the hot items were tasty and a good variety

Ok Stay
We like the Sunee Hotel but the mattress has a slight musty smell but not too bad. Buffet Breakfast was ok. Staff very nice especiallu Front Desk.

The hotel allowed us to check in earlier than usual, which is really helpful. They were also very resourceful in assisting us with missing baggage from the airlines. All in all, we're very pleased with the hotel staff and facility.

HORRIBLE property. Dirty. Doesn't even provide water or tooth brush. Soap smelled bad. Hallway dirty. Room dirty. Bad smell. This place should be shut down. Absolutely terrible hotel.

This was an average stay in an average hotel. I would consider this a 3 star experience in a 3 star hotel. The room is a bit dated with no special amenities. No wash cloths and only a half roll of toilet paper. Ran out of TP and requested more but they never delivered. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. This was an overnight stay on my travel to BKK. I would likely skip this stop next time. Not much to offer here.
