"Amazing resort with great spa and pools. For the moderate price we paid, we really got a lot of value for the money. The breakfasts were amazing. The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. This was a bit more chaotic and very busy, but as a bonus they had a lady cooking individually made omelettes,which were absolutly delicious. "Everything was fine until we arrived at the so-called hotel. It's more like a banquet and wedding venue. It says there will be something until 11pm. but we find the door locked, the phone number. When we called, only a Polish-speaking person answered. For those who don't speak Polish like me, it was difficult to understand what was being said. I received instructions in a text message. There was only me and my family in the whole house. A bit uncomfortable. But everything was clean and tidy."

"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"Hotel je velice zastaralý. Před 20 lety byl učitě fajn, ale nyní to je špatné. Jídlo v restauraci málo teplé, než donesete ke stolu, je studené. K večeři si nelze objednat pití. Naprosto nevyhovující časy podávání jídel. Snídaně až od 8 hodin. Horší je to u večeří, ty jsou jen 17-19h. V zimě by to bylo OK, když je v 16h tma, ale v letní sezoně? Také by bylo fajn, kdyby přišel email, že v den příjezdu je večeře jen do 19h. My přijeli v 18.30h a recepční mne ani neupozornila, že se máme jít...

"The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."

"We so enjoyed our stay at Ibis Styles Boleslawiec. The staff at the desk were pleasant and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to the town square. The shower was great, the air conditioning was refreshing, the unlimited water dispenser was a great idea, and the morning breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. We would recommend this hotel and would enjoy staying again when we're in the area. "

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening. It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
