High standard unit close to the sea with 2 bedrooms, 1 suite (both with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and TV), fitted living room with TV, pantry with a beautiful dining table, fitted kitchen with household utensils, microwave, coffee maker and sandwich maker, the guest bathroom and suite bathroom have a cabinet and mirror.

The suite has 1 double bed, fitted wardrobe, TV and air conditioning. The bedroom has 1 double bed, fitted wardrobe, TV and air conditioning. The unit has extra mattresses.

The condominium is wonderful, one of the most exclusive in our city, it has a laundry room where you can use the washer and dryer for a very small fee by paying via card, it has a drinks fridge where you can order via app. Residencial Fiji is one of the most modern in Ubatuba, with large and very spacious apartments. your family will have the best possible comfort being just a few meters from the sea.
