- New apartment for up to 12 guests, just a 5 minutes walk from Tenório Beach or a 10 minutes walk from the Grande Beach in the city of Ubatuba/SP. Four bedrooms (3 bedrooms with shower), all equipped with air conditioner and ceiling fan, 4 bathrooms, living room with air conditioner, closets, fully equipped kitchen with stove, freezer, microwave oven and more utensils. A 34 TV set and a stereo in the living room and a 29 TV on the main bedroom, both with Direct TV. Two car garage (could be extended up to 4 cars).
