"The space was nice, clean, and the neighborhood was gorgeous. We enjoyed having laundry on site and didn’t have to go home with a bunch of laundry to do. The place was easily accessible, and the shared spaces were not an issue"

"Enjoyed my stay, rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. Was a great place to lay my head after running around Seattle and Washington all day for a decent price. "

"Great little place to lay your head. Bed was comfy, pillows were great. Mini fridge in room. If you dont mind sharing a kitchen it was a wonderful stay.
Minutes away by uber to downtown. Restaurants nearby were great amd a grocery store 3 blocks down the road. "

"This is not private accommodation. It's a private room with shared kitchen and communal spaces. I called to ask if I could get a refund as the ad said that the entire place was private and they wouldn't give me a refund. Felt pretty misled. Had to book another hotel. "

"Anne was great at communication - she answered every text or email within 2 hours or less. The property is conveniently located, and had every amenity available, including free coffee and tea, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of pillows and blankets, and games and Seattle highlights. It was spotless, very clean and updated. I highly recommend and will stay again on our next Seattle visit when we have extra family and friends. "
"My wife and I stayed in a room with a private bathroom, and we feel that this was a nice place to stay for two nights. (Note however that there's no room that is accessible without using stairs.)
The room was rather simple but clean and comfortable. Hot coffee was available even in the evening in the common kitchen area. The location is very convenient for visiting UW, the surrounding area is vibrant but not too noisy, yummy food at reasonable prices in walking distance.
There was one gotcha moment for us, we didn't have an unlock code to open the entrance door on arrival and there was nobody at the front desk. I searched for the code everywhere on my cellphone, but nothing. We quickly gave up, called the front desk number and a friendly staff came down to help, and that turned out to be the right thing to do. When we made a reservation we chose to pay on arrival, and the code was issued only after the staff scanned my credit card. If you experience something similar, just call."
"The staff was really nice. The room was spotless. I saw a cafe, a lounge, and an exercise room on the way in. The bathroom had an actual tub, which is a big plus in my book. The toilet was one of these power-flush deals. Maybe it's a guy thing, but when that thing flushed.. it's like it's banishing your excretions to the darkest circles of hell, never to be seen again. My only complaint is the $100 fee for losing the key card. Not cool man. Still, it's a pretty nice place, overall."
