"Little things were off. The desk clerk wasn’t friendly on check in, and was on a personal call when we checked out. In an empty bar, the bartender was on her phone much of the time. The entry doors to the hotel from the parking lot were blocked off which meant we had to drag luggage around to the front of the hotel. The shower faucet couldn’t be adjusted to hot because the shampoo dispenser was installed in the way. The television channels didn’t include the Master’s golf tournament. All small things. "

"The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are clean, however, you may have to ask for housekeeping services. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They have several events throughout the week for you to take part in the lounge. Karaoke, live music are my favorite two events."

"This the second time I stayed at a hotel in Atlanta where some random person tried to either come into my room or knocking on my door in the middle of the night. Irritating. "

"The room was clean and comfortable; however, the sink for the kitchenette was nonfunctional as the faucet handle was missing. Also, the top of the small end table in the sitting area was loose and practically falling off of its base. Also, the breakfast options were nice, but all of the hot options were cold."
