"Convenient location. Walkable to the hot spring. The kitchen is very helpful, but it would be nice to have some utensils, pots, pans, and plates! WiFi didn’t work well for us but I found out at check out that I could have asked them to fix it! The first day, our toilet wasn’t working right, so they came and changed a new one the next day! Staffs are very nice! Overall great stay for the price! We would live there again if we are in the area!"

"Hotel is like a maze. Certain elevators connect only to certain rooms. If you're on the 4th floor you have to use a wheelchair lift to get there unless you want to drag your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Layout was weird and confusing. Stained glass windows are sagging out of their frames and there is gum in the window wells on the 4th floor. Lobby is beautiful, but fireplace puts out no heat and it's cold in there. This is a biking city and elevators are so small, you can't bring your bikes to your room. They have a storage closet for bikes that is down a narrow flight of stairs with a sharp turn at the bottom. It was very awkward trying to get bikes in and out of there. You also have to get a receptionist to open the door each time. Often the receptionist was busy and it required a long wait. Also, when you book, you may be staying in a room off site. This is not explained on the website. Overall, not a great experience."
